THIRUVANANTHAPURAM - KUMARAKOM - PERIYAR - MUNNAR-KOCHI  ( 7 Nights )

Day 01 ARRIVAL: Reception and welcome at Thiruvananthapuram airport followed by transfer to your hotel.

Day 02 VARKALA: Lie back, bask on the beach and see the sun kiss your skin to bronze in minutes.

Day 03 VARKALA – KUMARAKOM: Drive to Alleppy after breakfast to take a scenic boat ruise down the tranquil backwaters to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary on the banks of the Lake Vembanad.

Day 04 KUMARAKOM- PERIYAR: En route to Periyar stop at a rubber plantation to see how rubber is tapped and processed.

Day 05 PERIYAR: Watch from a boat as herds of elephants, and other wildlife, enjoy the cool waters of the lake.  

Day 06 PERIYAR – MUNNAR: After breakfast, drive to Munnar, the summer resort of the British in South India, visiting the Cardamom Research Centre on the way.

Day 07 MUNNAR – KOCHI: On the west coast of India, Kochi, previously known as Cochin, is also referred to as the Gateway of South India.  Visit the ancient palace, old Portuguese churches as well as Jewish synagogue, all indicators of the diverse cultural heritage of the city.  

Day 08 DEPARTURE: Transfer to the airport in time for your flight out..
