Road to Ladakh

DELHI-NALAGARH-MANALI-JISPA-SARCHU-LEH-DELHI     (12 Nights )

Day 01 ARRIVAL: Reception and welcome at Delhi airport followed by transfer to your hotel.

Day 02 DELHI:After a morning at leisure, a tour introduces you to the city of New Delhi. Sundown takes you to a Hindu temple to be part of the evening prayer.

Day 03 DELHI: Visit the busy lanes of the old Mughal capital of Shahjahanabad.

Day 04 DELHI – CHANDIGARH - NALAGARH: The morning train takes you to Chandigarh from where your chauffeur will drive you to Nalagarh and the Heritage Palace you are booked at.

Day 05 NALAGARH – MANALI: Stop and visit the Naggar fort en route to Manali.

Day 06 MANALI: Spend the day in appreciation of the natural beauty and sights around Manali.

Day 07 MANALI – JISPA: Cross the Rohtang Pass to drive on to Jispa.

Day 08 JISPA – SARCHU: The Bara Lacha pass takes you across to the Zanskar and Spiti valleys and on to Sarchu.

Day 09 SARCHU – LEH: From Rupshu, the highest inhabited region in the world, cross the Taglang la pass to Leh.

Day 10 -11 LEH: Two full days to explore Leh city and the surrounding monasteries of Hemis, Thikse and Shey.  

Day 12 LEH –DELHI: Fly back to Delhi and catch up with last minute souvenir shopping.

Day 13 DEPARTURE: Tansfer to the airport in time for your flight out.
