old Delhi. Opposite the Red Fort stretch the bustling streets of Chandni Chowk which
are visited on rickshaws.

in the city . Return to the Taj at sunset to see it fired by a different palette.
DAY 05 : AGRA JAIPUR Watch the pearly light of dawn paint delicate hues on the
Taj before driving out to Jaipur. Stop en route to explore the deserted city of
Fatehpur Sikri or the Keoladeio Ghana National Park.
DAY 06 JAIPUR Morning is a good time for the elephant ride up to the ramparts of
Amber Fort. Your afternoon is dedicated to city sightseeing.
DAY 07 DELHI DEPARTURE Drive back to Delhi. You are checked in for the day and
free to explore or shop before transferring to the airport in time for your flight
out.
Romancing The Taj
Surely one to the most romantic monuments of the world, the Taj Mahal is a must on
the itinerary of every visitor to India. Designed and built by the Mahal emperor
Shah Jahan as a memorial to the luminescent beauty of his wife Mumtaz Maha, after
her death in 1631, a single visit does not do justice to the Taj. Like the famed
beauty of the woman it pays tribute to the monument changes with the light. It presents
different facets at different time and there are exquisite details it reveals hesitantly,
almost shyly, to those who take the time.
